One. Equipment main application

Three.Equipment working principle and structure

Swaying feeder consists of the following main components: the motor, flexible coupling, gear reducer, body and connecting rod.
The device is generally installed in the hopper lower part of the discharge, the materials landed in the body. While working, the motor drives reducer through coupling, and through eccentric disk so that the equipment be placed back and forth movement, which is expected to complete the regulated feed. By adjusting the eccentric plate on the scale, the charge is adjustable.
Four. Equipment operating instruction
1, double-check equipment and hopper bolts fastening the mouth if there is loose.
2, check whether the ministries lubrication point is full of lubricating oil.
